Event Closed Date: August 10th 2023 Time: Approx. 4:48pm CST Event: Our team has identified some clients are experiencing a system issue that is impacting connectivity to their MediMatrix application. Upon inspection our development team noted there was a network system issue that needed to be further diagnosed. Our team made the discovery there were some default settings that needed to be addressed in which after adjusting found that this had resolved the issue. At this time our team is evaluating what had caused the settings update and how to mitigate going forward to avoid this in the future. Impact: At this time affected users are able to access and run the application without issue.
