Reporting Status

During an infrastructure change late yesterday evening, one of our servers which handles our reporting was affected and lost connectivity to key resources needed to function. To mitigate this, we’ve routed our reports through our other infrastructure while we correct the issue.

You may see intermittent issues with reports as well as outlying issues with images and EMR delivery in the meantime. We are working on this issue as priority one to get all normal functionality back online to our customers and updates will be listed in this post.

As of January 12, 2023 10:30am EST, all reporting and routing traffic has been restored to normal. We are currently monitoring the connection to avoid further disruptions.
