Notice:
As you may be aware, there has been a Global Outage across software systems from 7/18/2024 and 7/19/2024 affecting Windows-based computers. This was due to a faulty security update by security vendor Crowdstrike. Anyone using their services may be impacted. A manual fix has been distributed and computers booted up post this morning should not be affected by the faulty software but many systems are recovering slowly across the globe today.
Impact:
Medimatrix systems rely on Crowdstrike for employee machines ONLY, and our impact to our services is minimal.
We have vendors and integrations that however do rely on services by Crowdstrike. These may have intermittent loss of connectivity or functionality to those specific integrations. We are working on validating all integrations that may be affected as our partners resolve their systems, but there are no major outages at this time.
